TechnoKids Inc. is a trusted and valued publisher of
TECHNOKids technology curriculum which is used to teach thousands of students each and every day the skills that will best prepare them for the future.
Founded by Scott Gerard in 1993, TechnoKids Inc. first began operations as a local computer-learning center
in Ontario, Canada. The company development was in response to children's need for basic technical skills training .
It was evident then, as it is now, that students are graduating into a world where success depends on their ability to use and understand technology. Regardless of where they work or what they do, it will be necessary to use computers to gather, analyze and exchange information quickly and accurately. Those children with the skills, knowledge, and ability to convey ideas electronically have a solid future.
In 1998, TechnoKids opened a research and development office and staffed it with certified teachers to develop its world renown technology projects. This office works with local schools to ensure that the curriculum is well designed and age appropriate.
TechnoKids has offices in North America, Central America, South America, Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa with a mission; to combine education and technology to provide children with the core computing skills that would best prepare them for the future.
